The company currently has 3 forging production lines, of which the forging workshop is equipped with a 20T full hydraulic die forging hammer production line, which can produce large precision die forgings with a bearing surface of 406944mm2 and about 500kg, with beautiful shape. The railway 104 base plates, fishplates, Beiben 526, 393 front axles and other products produced by this production line won the High Quality Forgings Award from the Forging Association. Equipped with a 3-ton fully hydraulic free forging hammer production line, it can produce various 5CrMnMo, 5CrNiMo, H13 and other die steel modules and other free forgings of ordinary carbon steel and alloy steel. The equipped 3-ton fully hydraulic die forging hammer production line can produce various small and medium-sized forgings. At the same time, it is equipped with a walking gas heat treatment line, 6 desktop heating furnaces, and a 40T oil quenching line, which can realize the heat treatment of large, medium and small molds and other large, medium and small die forgings.
Mold Development Workshop
The subordinate mold development workshop is equipped with 5 CAM/UG design and development personnel, more than 50 sets of mold development equipment such as desktop heat treatment furnaces, large gantry planers, CNC milling machines, wire cutting machines, etc., a mold heat treatment line, and large-scale mold processing Two production lines, two small and medium-sized mold processing lines, realize the full range of mold self-development, material selection, heat treatment, processing, and repair services.
Machine Shop
The subordinate machining workshop is equipped with a front axle finishing production line, more than 10 various precision machines, 2 CNC machining centers, and 10 CNC lathes. It can realize precision processing of various types of rail transit forging products and heavy-duty truck forging products.
